When it comes time to do the inspection, It’s CRITICAL that whoever does this job can find ALL the potential problems your home may have, as well as CLEARLY communicate to you all their findings and steps you need to take to fix it. Believe me, the last thing you want is an inspection report that is not communicated clearly and then find yourself with a flurry of problems in the near future that could have easily been avoided.

I’ve been a dedicated home inspector for the last 7+ years and have worked in construction for over 15+ years, so I guess you can say I’ve seen quite a bit.
