Full Home Inspection

A full home inspection, or also known as a buyer’s inspection, is a lot more thorough than a regular inspection. A full home inspection ensures that all systems and their components are working properly.

Commercial Inspection

Commercial inspections are similar to full residential inspections or buyer’s inspections, but the only difference is that you are inspecting more than one unit or buildings.

Roof Inspection

A roof inspection is done to determine the roof’s integrity, the estimated longevity (a.k.a. the life of roof), and an ideal timeline of when the roof will need to be replaced.

Pool & Spa Inspection

A pool inspection is used to ensure that the entire pool system and its components are working properly. Additionally, pool inspections determine if the pool is in compliance with local safety requirements.

4-Point Inspection

A 4-point inspection is a very limited inspection that looks at the 4 major systems: Roof, Plumbing, Electrical, and HVAC. This kind of inspection is not nearly as comprehensive as a residential full home inspection.

Wind Mitigation

Wind Mitigation Inspections are mostly for insurance purposes as this tells home insurance underwriters what type of wind mitigating materials your home is constructed with.
